He has agreed a three-year deal for a reported 6.8 million euros.

The Dutch striker, 31, says he has always liked the passion in Turkey from the fans and his confidence is sky high.

“With this team we can win trophies. So my aim is to win as many trophies as we can over the next couple of years and do really well in Europe. Because I believe that it is possible to surprise in Europe as well.”
