After weeks of speculation, Croatian international Mario Mandzukic has joined Juventus on a four-year contract for a fee of 19 million euros.

The 29-year-old, who joined Atletico last summer from Bayern Munich and scored 20 goals in 43 games for the Spanish side, becomes Juve’s second high-profile attacking addition of the summer after the Serie A champions signed Paulo Dybala from Palermo earlier this month.

Mandzukic’s arrival comes amid speculation that Argentina’s Carlos Tevez could leave Juventus after announcing he wants to finish his career at home with Boca Juniors.
