He was put on Britain’s list of most-wanted fugitives last month: he was arrested by Spanish police in his luxury villa on Tuesday.

Paul Graham Monk, 54, is suspected in the murder of a fellow Briton, Francis Brennan, whose body was found wrapped in plastic on a beach in Spain in March 2014.
British police also suspect Monk of drug trafficking. Spain’s Civil Guard said in a statement they had seized 125,000 euros and a fake gun from his villa.
