Consumers sue saying not-so-big Apple made false claims over memory

Two Florida-based consumers have launched a lawsuit against mighty Apple claiming the company has been falsely advertising the memory capacity of its cheapest 16-giga i-phones, i-pads and i-pods.

Apple’s operating system takes up around 3.2G of memory, the equivalent of some 1500 high-definition photos, but the company can sell you more memory, on a monthly basis, from its i-cloud.
