Lithuania builds 'world's largest coin pyramid' to celebrate move to euro

Lithuania counts the last month of its currency Litas before it switches to the euro on January 1. Banks have started to sell sets of euro coins while volunteers unveiled what they call the world’s largest coin pyramid made of old Lithuanian cents. Volunteers spent nearly three weeks arranging one million of the coins into a pyramid over one metre tall.
