With its mineral-rich soils and unique terroir, the Savalan Valley in Azerbaijan is producing award-winning wines while establishing itself as a hub for wine tourism. Launched with the ambition of blending ancient Caucasus winemaking traditions with modern technology, the Savalan project is now recognised worldwide.
