Chilean web users posted several videos from Wednesday’s 8.2 earthquake in Chile. The footage shows not only the first moments of the quake but also Chileans calmly evacuating coastal areas on foot after a tsunami alert, with policemen helping bundled-up elderly people and some residents loading up vehicles with their belongings. Some schools were used to shelter people, and classes were canceled in most of the country on Wednesday. The Chilean authorities canceled their tsunami warning for most coastal areas this morning.
