Russian Communists marked the anniversary of Joseph Stalin’s death with a march in Moscow on Sunday (March 5).

The former Soviet ruler died on March 5, 1953.

People including Russia’s Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov held red flags and portraits as they marched through Red Square towards Stalin’s tomb to lay flowers and a wreath.
