106-year-old Virginia McLaurin was so excited when she met US president Barack Obama and his wife Michelle that she busted out some dance moves with the couple during her visit to the White House on Sunday.

Mrs McLaurin said she was very happy to meet the United States’ first “black president” and his wife, while holding their hands.
