Mario Gomez has arrived in Turkey following his one-year loan move to Besiktas.
The Former Bayern Munich forward joins the Istanbul club from Fiorentina who he signed for in 2013.
He has won 59 caps and scored 25 goals for Germany but hasn’t played for the national team for two years.
The 30-year-old – who has been plagued with knee injuries since he moved to Italy – has signed a season-long loan deal.
But there is the option to make the transfer deal permanent.
He will reportedly earn 3.8 million euros for his troubles.
