Video. EU labels Spain, Italy, Greece and Cyprus 'under migratory pressure'

The European Commission has identified four Mediterranean countries as facing migratory pressure, opening the door to asylum seeker relocations. The Ceuta crisis will have little impact on numbers, while Hungary and Slovakia have failed to contribute to EU solidarity efforts.
