Oana Toiu, Romania's foreign minister, confirmed to Euronews that the drone that struck Romania was of Russian origin and was carrying explosives. Meanwhile, Russia's Putin questioned the preliminary conclusions regarding the incident, suggesting that the aircraft may have been Ukrainian.
