Thousands of Hong Kong residents formed long queues across Tai Po to pay respects to the victims of the deadly Wang Fuk Court fire, as memorials and tributes continued citywide.

In Hong Kong’s Tai Po district, thousands of mourners lined up for nearly two kilometres to honour the victims of the Wang Fuk Court fire.

Residents carried flowers, bowed in silence and visited memorial sites established across all 18 districts.

At Sha Tin Fire Station, tributes continued to grow for the firefighter who died, while local associations launched donation efforts for his family.
