A large overnight drone and missile attack struck the western Ukrainian city of Ternopil, killing at least 25 people, including two children, authorities said Wednesday.
Two apartment blocks were hit, injuring at least 66 more as crews searched the rubble.
Ukraine reported that Russia launched 476 drones and 48 missiles, with air defenses intercepting most of them.
Almost 50 people were injured in Russian strikes on three other Ukrainian regions.
