The fan-created celebration is a play on the iconic phrase, “May the Force be with you,” reimagined as “May the Fourth be with you.”
The Expo Yoda event at Araucano Park drew crowds of all ages, many dressed as characters from the saga. The free-entry celebration saw lightsaber training for children, cosplay competitions, themed displays, live music, and collector stalls.
Elsewhere in the Chilean capital, celebrations continued at Nowa’s Cantina, a Star Wars-inspired venue, where visitors enjoyed lightsaber battles and live performances in true galactic fashion.
