Updated:

The Three Kings procession went through Krakowskie Przedmiescie Street to the Castle Square in Warsaw's old town, where homage was paid to Mary and Jesus.

On the day of Epiphany, which is celebrated today in Poland, processions of the Three Kings pass through over 900 cities and towns in the country. The day commemorates the Gospel story when three wise men, guided by a star, arrived in Bethlehem to pay homage to the newborn Jesus, recognising him as the Messiah.

The three kings are often depicted as representing Europe, Asia, and Africa, symbolising Jesus' global peace mission. The feast is celebrated by Catholics, Evangelicals, Protestants, and Eastern Christians, including Copts, marking a shared recognition of the feast's significance.

Inhabitants of Warsaw, people from across the country as well as foreign tourists took part in the event.
