The severe flooding wreaked havoc in parts of Spain, leaving cars piled on top of each other, uprooting trees, and coating power lines in heavy layers of mud.

Spain is reeling from one of its deadliest natural disasters in recent history, with floods claiming at least 205 lives as of Friday.

Rescue teams are combing through vehicles and collapsed buildings to find survivors, while residents sift through debris to salvage belongings from the remains of their homes.

As many remain missing, officials fear the death toll may rise further.
