Video. WATCH: Russian strikes kill four, wound 23 in Kharkiv

Early Friday, Russian strikes on Kharkiv killed four and wounded twenty-three, including children, an ambulance medic, and a police officer.

The State Emergency Service reported extensive damage to residential buildings and infrastructure. One strike hit a five-story building, collapsing its upper levels.

The Russians used "double strikes," targeting areas again after emergency services arrived. Six missiles were fired, causing significant destruction. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and Governor Syniehubov confirmed the details, with rescue operations continuing throughout Friday. The death toll is expected to rise.
