Forty-five ships, fourteen pleasure boats, restaurants from over thirty countries, and 5,000 sailors will be the main attractions for visitors from across the world.
"What's really impressive is to see these boats that have travelled through history, that we sometimes see in certain films, and that makes us dream," Parisian Dominique Nimax said.
"Now we can see them for real, we can even board them, so it's really nice. It's really a great moment, a great moment of happiness. It feels good."
