Monuments in Rio de Janeiro and the Santos stadium lit up in honour of Pelé, after his death on Thursday.
The Christ Redeemer statue was lit with the green and yellow national colours. The Maracana stadium, home of the Brazilian national team, was also lit while empty.
The Santos' stadium drew crowds waving the club's colours.
