New heatwave grips Spanish capital

People working outdoors in Madrid as temperatures are nearing 40 degrees Celsius. 

A sweltering heat is keeping thirteen Spanish communities on alert, with the highest incidence in Galicia, where there is a red warning for high temperatures of up to 42 degrees, according to the State Meteorological Agency's (Aemet) website.
