An animal rights activist braved the freezing cold wearing only a white bikini and bunny ears in Pyeongchang on Tuesday (February 6) to call on Olympians and visitors to stop wearing fur.

Part of animal rights group PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), Ashley Fruno stayed around 15 minutes to convey her message by -8° Celsius (18° Fahrenheit) while photographers snapped away wearing warm coats.

PETA say China is the biggest fur producer and claim animals are forced to live a miserable life in tiny cages before being slaughtered and skinned for their furry coats.
