With the world still in lockdown to combat the coronavirus, delicious food is a topic everyone can rally around.
Euronews met up with Chef Othman Reif at his Japanese restaurant in Dubai, Kushiyaki, to taste one of his signature dishes.
"You’re going to get a piece of Wagyu, thin cut. And we’re going to brush with a little bit of the wagyu fat. Just sear on the one side. Have a little bit of fun you know what I mean. It’s simple, easy you know, no hassle."
