Video. Iran World Cup squad to head for Mexico via Spain

Iran’s national football team will travel to Spain before heading to its World Cup base in Mexico, despite players still awaiting Mexican and US visas ahead of the 2026 tournament. The 2026 World Cup is being hosted jointly by the United States, Mexico and Canada.
