Donald Trump's announcement of a draft agreement on Greenland was met with scepticism on the streets of Nuuk, the autonomous Danish island's capital. After weeks of increasingly bellicose rhetoric about seizing Greenland, Trump said at Davos that he had reached a draft framework agreement.
