The Miss Universe pageant held its National Costume Show on Wednesday in Nonthaburi, Thailand, where 122 contestants showcased elaborate designs celebrating their countries.
The lively audience cheered as participants appeared in costumes inspired by marine life, wildlife, iconic landmarks and traditional themes.
Highlights included Thailand’s Praveenar Singh, environmentally themed designs from Venezuela and Chile, and Sri Lanka’s contestant dressed as a giant golden teapot.
The event ended with all contestants on stage alongside Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel, ahead of the upcoming preliminaries and final.
