Three Japanese atomic bomb survivors have been awarded the 2024 Nobel Peace Prize on behalf of Nihon Hidankyo, an organisation that campaigns against nuclear weapons.

A traditional torchlight procession took place in Oslo on Tuesday in honour of the 2024 Nobel Peace Prize winners.
