Courtesy, friendliness and speed are some of the traits of good service. And this group of Argentine waiters came to Buenos Aires on Saturday (September 28) to test speed one to its extreme.
They are from the country's top hotels and restaurants. Wearing their uniform and armed with a loaded tray, they rushed down the 1.8 kilometres (about one-mile) track on Avenida de Mayo for cash and prizes.
