LONDON (Reuters) - England head coach Eddie Jones called up Saracens scrumhalf Ben Spencer for this weekend's potentially decisive Six Nations home clash with Scotland after Dan Robson was ruled out through illness on Tuesday.

Robson, who came off the bench to score his first test try in England's 57-14 thrashing of Italy last Saturday, was the only change as Jones retained 26 players for this Saturday's Twickenham showdown.

Spencer, capped twice on England's tour of South Africa last year, will be cover for Ben Youngs, while uncapped forward Elliott Stooke retains his place in the squad.

England, who are second in the table, must beat Scotland in their final game while hoping Wales lose to Ireland if they are to snatch the Six Nations title.
