CAIRO (Reuters) - Sudan’s President Omar al-Bashir sacked Central Bank Governor Mohamed al-Zubair, a statement from the presidency said on Wednesday.

Bashir appointed Zubair's deputy Hussein Yehia Janqool to replace him, the statement said without providing further details.
