A cigarette break in style means having a crystal ashtray on hand at all times.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has been filmed taking a cigarette break during his marathon 70-hour train journey to Vietnam.

Kim, known as a heavy smoker, stepped onto the platform at Nanning rail station before dawn and was seen lighting up with a match.

At one stage a woman resembling his sister Kim Yo-jong is seen offering him a glass ashtray.

The video was first broadcast by Japanese channel TBS-JNN.
