Exclusive: Juncker defends his record, says EU is better off than before

With his State of the Union address done, Jean-Claude Juncker has spoken to Euronews about the state of his presidency of the European Commission.

Euronews' Darren McCaffrey put it to him that the EU is in a worse position than it was four years ago, Juncker defends his record. He does admit that there are problems, "I know where the problems do exist," he says.

On migration, Juncker laments that the European institutions were unable to share "the wisdom" of the Commission. Watch the clip in the player above.
