The Siberian winter has taken a good hold on Denmark and this morning a fishing vessel became stuck in the ice close to the Aggersund Bridge in the Limfjord in Nothern Jutland.
The skipper was rescued, but the boat then slowly drifted into the Aggersund Bridge.
The bridge was unscathed, but the fishing vessel, Karen Margrethe, was damaged.
The boat was built in 1960 and is 19 metres long and 5 metres wide.
The bridge was reinforced to protect it against collisions a few years back.
