In a rare sight in South Korea, a delegation of athletes has arrived on a chartered flight from neighbouring North Korea. There for this month’s Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, the team members and officials were bused to the athletes’ village in Gangneung without stopping to answer questions.

Although technically still at war after a conflict in the 1950s ended in an armistice not a peace treaty, the two countries will march together under one flag at the opening ceremony on February 9.
