Tropical storm Ophelia did not stop former US President Bill Clinton from wandering around Dublin and taking selfies with people. He was seen strolling along Dublin’s famous O’Connell Street.

Clinton was supposed to arrive in Belfast on Monday to help break Northern Ireland’s political stalemate but his trip was postponed because of Ophelia.

The former US President will instead visit the region after an event in Dublin where he’s scheduled to receive an Honorary Doctorate at Dublin City University.
