Portugal to take on Chile in first Confederations Cup semi-final
Four unbeaten teams are to meet in the semi-finals of the Confederations Cup. Germany against Mexico on Thursday ( June 29) . But first up are Group A winners Portugal with an on form Cristiano Ronaldo who take on Copa America champions Chile. They finished second in Group B.

Some say Chile with their high-octane style of play have made them one of the world’s most entertaining teams to watch. But so far even with the flare of top scorer Alexis Sanchez, they haven’t really lived up to expectations.
