A dozen people climbed a bun-covered tower in a contest to celebrate a Hong Kong festival.
Contestants scored more points for savoury desserts plucked from the top of the structure.
It was part of a bun festival which takes place every year on Hong Kong’s Cheung Chau island and coincides with the local celebration of Buddha’s Birthday.
Kwok Ka-ming and Wong Ka-yin, both previous champions, won gold and told reporters they were ecstatic and would aim for another gold in next year’s competition.
