Le Pen was kicked out of the FN by the party’s leader, his daughter Marine Le Pen, following inflammatory comments he made about the holocaust.
The ruling is seen as a set back for Ms Le Pen, who is seeking to broaden the party’s appeal ahead of presidential elections next year.
