While some are faced with metaphorical glass ceilings during their lives, this student in Argentina had an altogether more tangible experience, when the glass ceiling of a building collapsed landing centimetres away from him.

The incident, which occurred last Wednesday (October 12), was caught on the building’s CCTV and shows the man entering, talking to a security guard and leaping out the way of falling glass shards.
He posted on his Facebook about the ordeal saying: “I thank God for saving me from this, the truth was a miracle.”
