It is known as the Volcano of Fire.
And with Mexico’s Colima Volcano roaring into life, it is time for those who live in its shadow to pack up and get out.
The volcano is located in western Mexico between the states of Colima and Jalisco and is one of the country’s most active.
Civil protection teams have been encouraging hundreds of local villagers to evacuate since Colima began spewing ash and thick black smoke into the sky on Friday.
They are being housed in a nearby shelter until it is safe to return home.
