North Korean leader attends torchlit parade

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un attended a huge celebration of the country’s youth league on Sunday night in Pyongyang.

The 150,000 seater May Day Stadium was packed and the crowd stood and cheered as Kim Jong Un walked in.

The event lasted just over an hour, with thousands of torch-carrying youths rushing around the stadium in formation. A firework display marked the show’s climax.
