Two bombs have reportedly exploded in the Thai seaside resort of Hua Hin, killing one woman and injuring 10 other people.

Two bombs have reportedly exploded in the Thai seaside resort of Hua Hin, killing one woman and injuring 10 other people.

It is understood that the bombs were hidden in plant pots and detonated by mobile phones.
