The Cavaliers remain the NBA’s only undefeated team this post-season as Kevin Love’s team-mates swept the Hawks in their Eastern Conference playoff series in Atlanta.

In front of a packed Philips Arena, the hosts got off to a strong start and led their opponents by 2 points going into the second half but it wasn’t to be as Cleveland stepped it up a gear in the fourth quarter, thanks to yet another man of the match performance by Lebron James.

The four-time NBA Most Valuable Player scored 21 points and stayed solid in defense to deny Atlanta the chance to go ahead in the dying moments of the game.

The Cavaliers triumphed 100-99 and will face the winner of the Miami-Toronto series.
