The 2015/16 Ice Cross Downhill World Championship came to a dramatic conclusion in Saint Paul, the capital city of the U.S. state of Minnesota.
Local hero Cameron Naasz thrilled the home crowd by snatching the title away from Canada’s Scott Croxall in a nerve-tingling battle to the finish.
The title was decided by just a few inches in the very final race of a grueling 10-stop season.
Rounding out the overall podium was Canadian Tristan Dugerdil while compatriot Jaqueline Legere won the women’s crown.
