Parisians united in defiance and grief

After the most deadly attack on European soil since the 2004 Madrid bombings, Parisians were united in their defiance and grief on a third national day of mourning on Monday. Pupils are back at school; thousands of candles have been lit; and the Eiffel Tower is illuminated in the French national colours.
