A long-lost portrait by Leonardo da Vinci has been seized from a Swiss bank vault by Italian police investigating tax and insurance fraud. Talks were reportedly at an advanced stage to sell the oil painting of the fifteenth century noblewoman, Isabella D’Este, for around 120 million euros.
