Parisians hurried to get their hands on the new edition of Charlie Hebdo – the first edition since the Paris attacks, which left a total of 17 people dead.

Parisians hurried to get their hands on the new edition of Charlie Hebdo – the first edition since the Paris attacks, which left a total of 17 people dead.

The first supply of 700,000 copies had sold out nationwide by around 10am on Wednesday (January 14), reported AFP.

There will be further copies made available over the coming days – the total print run is expected to hit five million.
