An Italian anti-doping prosecutor seeks a four-year ban for figure skater Carolina Kostner in the doping case involving her former boyfriend and 2008 Olympic champion Alex Schwazer.

The request was made as part of a widespread doping inquiry set off when Schwazer tested positive for EPO before the 2012 London Games.
Prosecutors believe Kostner aided Schwazer in avoiding drug testers when they were together.
