Ukraine and Europe present counter to Russian ceasefire proposal
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy rejected the idea that his country would give up land to end the war with Russia. The Wall Street Journal reported that Ukrainian and European officials have presented Washington with a counterproposal.
