Soaring energy prices weaken European industry's position, Poland's PM says

BRUSSELS – Rising energy prices undermine the competitiveness of industry in Europe, Poland’s Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Friday at a press conference in Brussels.

He added that he asked the EU to better examine Gazprom’s monopolistic practices and blamed its operations in part for rising energy prices.
